Ordering Process
Please carefully fill out the order form, as orders are not confirmed until you receive a call, text, or email; they will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and confirmation may take up to 24–48 hours.
When do I pay?
A 50% deposit on your order is required at time of confirmation.The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to pickup date. For rush orders (due in 7 days or less), full payment is needed.
Does LB deliver?
Yes, we offer delivery! All wedding cakes are required to be delivered, and for any celebration cakes that are three tiers or higher, we highly recommend opting for delivery. Please ensure that delivery is requested when placing your initial order.
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! The pickup location will vary depending on our popup locations or our designated pickup venue. If your cake is being picked up more than an hour prior to your celebration, please prepare to refrigerate your cake to maintain the stability of your cake! Keep in mind that buttercream softens with time.
